Overview
The BEL 505G3 semi-automatic case former and pack station is extremely compact and ergonomic with a simple, quick and tool-less change-over.
Optimize floor space and add flexibility with the option to pack from 1 of 3 sides of the case forming station where space may be limited. The G3 has an open front-end design that keeps the length short. Workers are able to insert a case blank and the 505G3 folds the bottom flaps and positions the cases for easy transfer to a case sealer.
Combining the case forming pack station with a case sealer enables the operator to form, pack and seal corrugated boxes in a single operation. The case hold-down feature helps keeps the box in place and allows for hands-free loading.
All BEL 505G3 equipment is designed for long-lasting performance with its corrosion resistant construction, attractive stainless steel covers and paint-free surfaces. The 505G3 is pneumatically operated, requiring only compressed air and no electrical components.
