The machine is compact and fits in most production environments, including multi-station packing areas. With options for an automatic, semi-automatic or foot pedal operation, the Easypack Packmate can be configured in either a horizontal or custom configuration.
The Packmate has waist high roll loading for improved ergonomics and adds full safety lockouts. With very low maintenance, this equipment provides a reliable solution.
Convert paper up to 60 times the original volume. For fast and convenient packaging on-demand, load and go in 30 seconds or less. Create a positive customer experience with consistent padded void fill available in both a single or 2 ply, high quality cushion option.
Paper is made from 100% recycled, recyclable, biodegradable paper which adds sustainability. Single and 2 ply padded paper options include 30#, 45#, and 55# paper weights available in either standard 100% recycled Kraft, Renew or custom options.
