Overview
Sealed Air offers a unique packaging system that creates custom-sized, ready-to-ship protective parcels and eliminates the need for separate void fill.
The PriorityPak® automated packaging process increases productivity and minimizes manual processes by labeling, weighing, placing product, and sealing the package with one complete system. The result is a secure, compact parcel that not only protects the product, but reduces shipping costs and material consumption.
Product is simply placed between two webs of packaging material that incorporate self-adhesive Cold Seal® technology. Lightweight, non-fragile items are typically packaged using PriorityWrap® Film / Paper Laminate material. Items requiring surface protection and cushioning are packaged with PriorityWrap® Bubble Laminate, while PriorityWrap® Rigid Board is ideal for items such as books and frame that require corner and edge protection.
The PriorityPak® system incorporates multiple functions, including bar code scanning, item weighing and dimension detection, pack sequence verification and shipping label application.
This reliable, multipurpose machine accommodates a wide range of products of varying sizes and heights, and can be integrated into existing packaging lines.
